Do I need a referral?
No. Firm Foundation Integrative Health is a private-pay practice, so a physician referral is not required to schedule an appointment.
Who provides each service?
Dr. Josiah Bartlett, PT, DPT, PAK, C-PS provides the physical wellness services of integrative physical therapy, nutritional support, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent.
Jenna Bartlett provides the emotional & spiritual wellness services of Emotion Code and Jesus-centered Inner Healing sessions.
Are you insurance-based?
No. We are a private-pay practice, allowing us to provide one-on-one, individualized care without the limitations often associated with insurance-based treatment.
How long are appointments?
Appointment lengths vary depending on the service selected. Initial Evaluations are 60 minutes, Follow-Up Appointments are 30 minutes, Microcurrent Therapy is available in 30- and 60-minute sessions, Emotion Code sessions are 30 minutes, and Inner Healing sessions are 60 minutes.
Do you offer care plans?
Yes. Discounted care plans are available for Follow-Up Appointments, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, Emotion Code, and Inner Healing sessions.
How do I schedule an appointment?
New patients can schedule online through our booking page. Returning patients can access the Patient Portal to schedule appointments, purchase care plans, and manage their care.
How many appointments does it take for me to get better?
Every person heals differently, so the number of appointments needed varies based on your condition, its severity and duration, your overall health, and your body's response to treatment. Some individuals notice meaningful improvement after their first visit, while others with more complex or longstanding concerns require ongoing care over several weeks or months. After your Initial Evaluation, we'll discuss our findings and recommend a personalized care plan based on your specific goals and needs.
