Firm Foundation Integrative Health is a private-pay practice and does not currently accept insurance. This allows us to prioritize your health without the limitations often associated with insurance-based care. We have the flexibility to provide the time, attention, and individualized treatment each person deserves. Every appointment is dedicated exclusively to you, allowing us to focus on your unique goals and provide personalized care without the time constraints often found in traditional healthcare settings.

Our Policies 

Please note that Firm Foundation Integrative Health does not overbook appointments to compensate for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is cancelled on short notice, missed, or significantly delayed, that time often cannot be offered to another patient, resulting in lost treatment opportunities and impacting the sustainability of the practice. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and strive to approach these circumstances with grace and understanding. However, to remain fair to all patients and maintain a sustainable practice, the following policies are respectfully upheld. This scheduling model allows us to provide every patient with dedicated, one-on-one attention and the highest quality of individualized care.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations to allow the opportunity for another patient to schedule that appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. This fee may be charged to the card on file or collected at your next scheduled visit.
