Firm Foundation Integrative Health does not currently accept insurance.  This allows us to place your health first without limiting care based on insurance restrictions.  We are able to use the techniques and time needed to provide truly individualized, high-quality treatment.  Our priority is delivering the best care possible and honoring the value of your health. 

Our Policies 

Please note that Firm Foundation Integrative Health does not overbook appointments to compensate for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.  Each appointment time is reserved specifically for you.  When an appointment is cancelled on short notice, missed, or significantly delayed, that time cannot be offered to another patients and results in lost treatment opportunities and revenue for the practice.  We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we strive to approach these circumstances with grace.  However, in order to remain fair to all paitents and maintain a sustainable practice, the following policies are in place and respectfully withheld.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations to allow the opportunity for another patient to schedule that time.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to the half of the appointment fee.  This fee will be charged on the card on file or may be collected at your next scheduled visit.
